BeatKits Will Not Distribute Or Monetize Your Beats. You Retain Full Copyright Of Any Submitted Beats. All Collected Personal Information Will Remain Confidential And Not Distributed In Any Identifying Manner. You Agree For Our Customer Support Team To Contact You Via Shared Data. This Application Provides You With The Service Of Professional Beat Screening And Does Not Guarantee Your Entry Into The Competition. Should Your Beats Pass Our Screening Stage, You'll Be Invited To Fully Register And Compete At BeatKits. Registration Gains You Access To Competing At Any Main Event Tournament (Terms & Conditions Apply), And The Opportunity To Book A 1-On-1 Consultation With Platinum Producer Judges. All Competitors Must Wear Beatkits Certified Merchandise To Honour Media Affiliates During The Competition. You Reserve The Right To Withdraw At Anytime Prior-To Full Registration Without Penalty. Should Your Application Be Rejected, Feedback Will Still Be Provided. All Purchases Are Non-Refundable And Application Types (Solo Or Trio) Are Non-Tranferable. Terms & Conditions For Full Registration Can Be Viewed In Appendix C. All Prices Listed Are In USD.

This Registration Includes Both Competitor Merchandise & The Purchase Of Your Stage-Slot In The Competition. Registered Producers Will Be Given The Opportunity To Book A 1-On-1 Consultation With A Platinum Producer Industry Judge. All Competitors Are Required To Compete In An Official Beatkits Jersey, Vest Or T-Shirt. 

Competitors Will Be Provided With An Assigned Discounted Ticket Link For Their Supporters. Competitors Can Bring A Maximum Of 20 Patrons Through Their Discounted Ticket Link. All Competitors Whether Solo Or Part Of A Trio Team Are Required To Bring A Minimum Of 4 Supporters To The Event Through Their Assigned Discounted Ticket Link Within 24 Hours Of The Event. Failure To Meet Any Requirements, Deadlines Or Relevant Fees Will Result In Removal From The Competition (See Appendix A). If Beat Registration Is Recieved After Beat-Upload Deadlines, BeatKits Is Not Reponsible For Any Incurred Fees. You Reserve The Right To Withdraw At Any Time With A Mandatory $40 Cancellation Fee. The Cancellation Fee Applies To Both Formal Cancellation Or Non-Compliance, Where Beatkits Reserves The Right To Cancel Within 24 Hours Of The Competition If Competitor Requirements Are Not Met. Non-Compliance Without Formal Cancellation Will Still Result In A Mandatory $40 Cancellation Fee. Cancellation Will Still Permit The Competitor To Recieve All Services Rendered And Paid For Up To The Time Of Cancellation. All Transactions Are Non-Refundable. Application & Registration Types Are Non-Transferable. Once Purchase Has Processed And Terms Have Been Agreed To, Exercising Disputes For Any Purchases Grants Beatkits The Right To Automatically Charge The Customers Payment Method On File For The False Dispute In Addition To Any Incurred Processing Or Legal Fees. Any Outstanding Fees, Including Cancellation Fees May Be Passed Onto Debt-Collections Within 30 Days. All Prices Are Listed In USD.

Certified Merchandise:

BeatKits Requires All Competing Producers To Wear A Certified Jersey, T-Shirt Or Vest During The Entire Duration Of The Event To Honour Our Media Partners & Licence Agreements.

Once Competed, Competitors Gain "Beatkits Certified" Status. Beatkits Certified Producers Do Not Need To Apply Or Purchase Merchandise For Future Competitions.

Beat Submission Fees:

All Competitors Are Required To Upload 10 Beats For The Competition And Can Do So Free Of Charge Up To 2-Weeks Before The Competition.

Fees Will Incurr If Beats Are Submitted Late & Beat-Submission Fees Increase Over Time (See Appendix B).

"No-Show" Fee:

All Competitors Must Bring A Minimum Of 4 Supporters Through The Discounted Ticket Link According To The Terms. A 'No-Show' Fee Is Applied If The 4 Minimum Tickets Are Not Sold Within 24 Hours Of Event Kick-Off. The 'No-Show' Fee Is Equivalent To The Remaining Tickets Needed To Be Sold At The Final-Tier Market Price. Ticket Prices Are Dynamically Determined On Market Demand And Increase As The Event Reaches Venue-Legal Capacity. Registration Grants BMA The Right To Auto-Charge For Outstanding Tickets Should The Participant Confirm Their Intent To Compete Within 48 Hours Of The Event.

For Example, If Tickets Are $35 And You Have Reached 2 Sales, The Outstanding 2 Tickets Equivalent To $70 + Taxes & Fees Will Apply. It Is The Competitors Responsibility To Seek And Settle Up This Fee. If Not Settled Within 24 Hours Of The Tournament, Beatkits Reserves The Right To Remove The Competitor And The Cancellation Fee Applies. 

Late Fees Apply According To The Following Price-Matrix:

"Late Upload" (2 Weeks From Event): $19.99

"Super-Late Upload" (1 Week From Event): $29.99

"Re-Entry Upload" (4 Days From Event): $39.99

"Slacker-Kid Upload" (3 Days From Event): $49.99

"Scrambler Upload" (2 Day From Event): $59.99

"Waste-Man Upload" (1 Day From Event): $69.99

"Day-Of Upload" (Day-Of Event; Until 3pm): $89.99

"Not Guaranteed Upload" (Day-Of Event; After 3pm): $99.99

The "Not Guaranteed" Beat Upload Does NOT Guarantee Your Slot In The Competition. Any Beat Submissions After 3pm Renders The Competitor Non-Compliant, Where Beatkits Can Exercise The Cancellation Fee. In The Case A "Not Guaranteed Upload" Is Purchased And Submitted Without The Ability For Beatkits To Include The Competitor In The Tournament, Beatkits Will NOT Refund This Purchase As Service Would Have Been Rendered. However, The Cancellation Fee Will Not Be Charged.
